Enzamin USA, Inc. is producing desalinated seawater and developing new applications of deep seawater to enhance a successful Japanese nutraceutical product line based on Bacillus natto from the soybean fermentation process.

Kona Deep Corporation is a multi-faceted company utilizing the natural and abundant resource of the pristine, pathogen-free, 3,000' deep ocean water accessed from NELHA. It has developed a commercial bottling facility specializing in desalinated deep seawater products for the global market.

Koyo USA Corp. was founded in November 2002 and immediately started its construction of Plant 1 which was opened for production in July 2003. Now, Koyo has 3 plants on its 30-acre site with 3 large warehouses to hold its products.
At the present time, Koyo USA is the only company awarded a Food Establishment Permit by the Hawaii Department of Health for each of its 3 plants. With these permits, Koyo is the only desalinated deep seawater company approved to market its products in all of the states in the United States.
Koyo USA Corp. was also presented with the “Exporter of the Year" Award for the Manufactured Products category for 2004 by Governor Linda Lingle. In 2005, total production was 40 million bottles. Recently, Koyo completed its 3rd plant, providing an additional production capacity of 800,000 bottles per day. Koyo is Hawaii’s No. 1 exporter, surpassing all other industries in Hawaii.
The Mahalo Hawaii Deep Seawater Showroom opened in Waikiki in November 2005 to introduce Koyo water from NELHA to all of the visitors from around the world.

Savers Holdings, Ltd. utilizes NELHA's unique deep seawater supply to manufacture food and beverage products. These include bottled functional water, salt, nigari (bittern) and spa-related products. A brand new state-of-the-art bottling plant is due to be completed by Spring 2008. Savers Holdings, Ltd. has a sales office in Korea, with its manufacturing base on-site at NELHA in Kona, Hawaii.
