Deep SeaWater International, Inc. (DSWI) is a multi-faceted Hawaii company founded in July 2005
utilizing the natural and abundant resource of the pristine, pathogen-free, 3000' (915M) deep
ocean water accessed from the State of Hawaii's Natural Energy Laboratory of Hawaii Authority
(NELHA) at Kona, Hawaii.
This American-owned company was the second to receive its Food Establishment Permit from the Hawaii
Department of Health for the current factory to sell 100% deep sea drinking water known as KONA DEEP®, and the first and currently the only deep seawater bottling company to receive a Federal Food and Drug
Administration (FDA) facility registration number.
DSWI is currently selling in Hawaii, Japan, Spain and South Korea, and approved to market its
products in all of the states in the United States, including receiving a business license from the State of Nevada.
Other products developed from this unique, deep seawater source, including premium aquaculture,
sea salt, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, etc., will follow as DSWI completes additional phases of
development at NELHA.

Kona Cold Lobsters, Ltd. imports live lobsters and crabs from
natural Atlantic fisheries and rejuvenates them in cold deep

bred and raised Maine lobsters from egg to sexual maturity for
over 20 years, the company's long range goal is to become operationally
independent of the natural fishery.

Koyo USA Corp. was founded in November 2002 and immediately started its construction of Plant 1 which was opened for production in July 2003. Now, Koyo has 3 plants on its 30-acre site with 3 large warehouses to hold its products.
At the present time, Koyo USA is the only company awarded a Food Establishment Permit by the Hawaii Department of Health for each of its 3 plants. With these permits, Koyo is the only desalinated deep seawater company approved to market its products in all of the states in the United States.
Koyo USA Corp. was also presented with the “Exporter of the Year" Award for the Manufactured Products category for 2004 by Governor Linda Lingle. In 2005, total production was 40 million bottles. Recently, Koyo completed its 3rd plant, providing an additional production capacity of 800,000 bottles per day. Koyo is Hawaii’s No. 1 exporter, surpassing all other industries in Hawaii.

Taylor Shellfish - Kona a family-run business headquartered
in Washington state, is the largest clam producer in the U.S.
Taylor's "winterless" NELHA facilities have a production
goal of up to 400 million juvenile Manila clams and 10 million
juvenile Pacific oyster per year. The juvenile molluscs are
exported year 'round from Hawaii back to the Pacific Northwest
for final growout in company-owned intertidal areas or sold
as seed stock for other growers.
UWAJIMA FISHERIES, INC.
Uwajima Fisheries, Inc. produces superior quality hirame, a
coldwater flounder highly prized for Hawaii's sashimi and sushi
markets. The company also conducts semi-intensive polyculture
of moi, milkfish and ogo.
